The Solution has been designed to address reimbursements such as medical and leave travel allowances, which may not form a part of the regular payroll. The system allows you to define eligibility limits, record claims, carry forward calculate the unclaimed balances to next year or calculate the taxation of the same.

Perks provided to employees such as company leased/owned accommodation, car and conveyance and membership fees could also be administered in the system. The value of such perks, determined by the system as per Indian taxation laws, is taken into account when calculating the taxable income of the employee.
